Prescient Labs does not tolerate, and is committed to preventing, modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and similar human rights abuses.
1. Commitment
Prescient Labs is committed to ensuring that its employees, contractors, and third-party partners are not subject to behaviour or threats that may amount to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or similar human rights abuses.
2. Training and awareness
Prescient Labs provides appropriate training and awareness information for all of its staff.
- Our leadership team and senior supply chain managers receive training in identifying and addressing risks related to modern slavery and human trafficking.
- All staff receive awareness information so they can raise any concerns with management.
3. Reporting concerns
Any staff, contractors, or other relevant parties are encouraged to report concerns or suspicions via our designated reporting channels, including management or by contacting privacy@prescientlabs.ai.
4. Investigation and action
Reports are taken seriously by our board of directors, who are committed to ensuring investigations are prompt and effective. Where issues are identified, Prescient Labs will take appropriate action, including:
- working with relevant organisations to improve standards;
- removing organisations from our supplier base where appropriate;
- escalating matters to relevant law enforcement authorities where necessary.
5. Supply chain scope
Our supply chain primarily consists of cloud infrastructure providers, software vendors, and professional service partners.
6. Monitoring and due diligence
We monitor risk through:
- supplier due diligence for key technology and service providers;
- periodic review of third-party compliance documentation;
- internal awareness and training completion;
- escalation and resolution of any reported concerns.
7. Review and updates
This policy is reviewed and updated on an annual basis.
