Illustrative example
In a supplier onboarding engagement, interviews with a procurement lead, finance controller and two supplier relationship managers produce four different accounts of who owns the approved-supplier sign-off step. Iris surfaces the conflict rather than averaging it, and identifies the internal audit contact as the recommended next stakeholder.
